Manoj Manjari Sishu Bhawan is registered as Child Care Institution(CCI) under section of 41 of JJ Act. The inmates are reading in the schools established in the campus. All care is taken for social and educational development of inmates.

The inmates are provided with vocational training in Music & Dance, Tailoring, Art & craft and computer education etc. The inmates are encouraged and financially supported to pursue higher education and vocational courses after they finish school. Each and every inmate in MMSB has a Savings Account under monthly Recurring Deposit Scheme to help them in their rehabilitation.

Sishu Bhawan has established a library for the inmates in the campus. This library has  with more than 5000 books. Orissa Sahitya Academy (Raja Rammohan Ray library Foundation) donates books to this organization.
